The Royal Dress Code
Fashion is an ever evolving industry and it can be difficult to find clothing that balances our class, style, and virtues. Many fashion magazines feature scantly clad women as the trendsetters. I prefer to look to women held to a higher standard of grace and charm. One possibility is to consider British royalty. Many people enjoy following the social lives of the royals but I particularly appreciate their dress code.
You will hardly ever find a royal dresses immodesty or plainly. They are expected to represent their country with honor and dignity and that is shown in their attention to detail and modesty.
As women of virtue we should also be held to a standard of beauty as we are a reflection of our creator and should mirror the qualities we are developing without externally as well.
The next time you are heading out, consider your goals for when people see you. Perhaps in a business setting you wish to be thought of as interested, approachable, and memorable, plan your outfit and hairstyle to match your goals for that setting.
